Similar to exhibitor demo rooms, the attendee roundtable discussions rooms are where participants can network and connect with other attendees. Small groups of up to 20 people can gather and network through free-flowing or topic-oriented face-to-face video discussion rooms. The topics and times of these roundtable rooms can be styled as ad hoc spaces available for attendees to gather, or form part of a planned format where attendees sign up for scheduled rooms in advance.

As exhibitors, you may also have the ability to create roundtables as a way to engage attendees, and not be restricted to only using your booths Demo Room!
