Demo rooms allow exhibitors to launch open video chat rooms form their booth page where attendees can freely enter and exit to ask questions and get a live demonstration of the company’s products and services. Our system supports a maximum of 20 people per demo room, however multiple demo rooms can be launched simultaneously should you and your exhibit team want to divide and conquer! The capacity limits for demo rooms will be decided by the organizers prior to the event live date.

Creating a demo room

To launch a demo room: click on “new room.”

From here, you can create a demo room title that will grab your audiences attention.

If you would like to schedule a demo room for the future, select a date and time you would like it to be held at by using the calendar and clock buttons. If you are planning on launching the room right away, skip this step and go straight to “submit” once you’ve created a title for your demo room!

From an attendee’s perspective, if you are currently in the demo room, they will see the option to join:

If scheduled for later, the date and time that you selected will be seen and they can add the demo room to their personal calendar, so they do not miss out!

Features within the demo room

Once in the room, you will have the ability be seen and heard on video call, share your screen, and send our links and messages in chat box.

What do these buttons do, you ask?

1. This button allows you to chat with the attendees in the room. This is useful should you have links to other websites to share.
2. This button allows you to share your screen. Click this button and then select the screen you would like to share with attendees.
3. This button allows you or attendees in your demo room to raise their hand should they have a question.
4. These buttons allow you to mute yourself, turn off your camera, and leave the demo room.
5. Ability to toggle between gallery and speaker view.
