Invitations are a great way to get your target audience to visit your booth. From this section, you will have access to all the attendees on the platform and will be able to send a connection request along with a personalized message.
Click on the “invite to connect” button beneath the attendee’s name that you wish to send a connection request. Once you have selected the attendees, write them a note in the text box and hit “send invites."
Since there is a limit depending on your booth package to how many invitations you can send, it is important to narrow down the attendees list and send these invitations to your target audience. To do this, use the filtering/sorting features an choose from the drop down list the demographic of attendee that you are wanting to connect with. If you know the name of the attendee, use the search bar to search by their first or last name.
Should you want to purchase a larger invitation allotment to your booth package throughout the event, please contact your exhibits manager.
From an attendees perspective, they will get a notification saying a group is trying to connect with them. They will be able to accept and connect from there.
To see what invitations have already been sent by you or your colleagues, click on “list sent invites.” From here, you will be able to see who sent the invite, when it was sent, what attendees have accepted your invites, and which attendees are still pending.
