From the exhibitor’s dashboard page, you will be able to view real-time data from your booth visitors!

From left to right:

1. Visitor section shows the name of the attendee who has visited your booth. Clicking on their name leads you to their attendee profile page.
2. Number (#) of interactions section shows the number of interactions an attendee has had on your booth page. An interaction can be anything from an attendee flipping through all the different tabs in your booth, sending connection requests to exhibit staff, viewing your pictures, etc. Essentially, the more interest an attendee shows in your booth, the higher the interaction number!
3. Key Interactions section shows if an attendee has chosen to follow your booth page. When an attendee follows your booth page, they will be able to see on their homepage news feed any time you post something new in your booth!
4. Last Interaction shows the date and time of the attendees last visit to your booth.

Following up with your leads post-event

Along with access to your leads from the platform as shown in the dashboard, you will also receive a spreadsheet of your final exhibit booth leads after the event.

This spreadsheet will contain information such as the contact’s email addresses, region, sections of booth visited, documents downloaded, and more!
